Bloggers Mikhail and Amaliia Timochko, 2026: Eva Bekhtold's public campaign
In short. Mikhail Timochko says publicly that Eva billed the family $15,000 after he refused to advertise her on his blog, keeps his $8,000 house deposit, and his birth certificate, which she held, "got lost". In response, Eva runs a campaign against the couple on Instagram.
Mikhail and Amaliia Timochko are bloggers; Amaliia gave birth in Brazil with Eva and Lolita Bekhtold as doulas (as Amaliia herself wrote in her stories). In autumn 2026 Eva started a public campaign against the couple on her Instagram mamasitaeva.
The Santa Catarina State Court does not accept a criminal complaint that Eva Bekhtold and Amaliia Timochko filed together against the owner of the house rented for the Timochko family (case No. 5005733-88.2026.8.24.0523).
Eva writes to Mikhail on Telegram (she later publishes the chat herself): "I repeat, I don't need the money / I need an honest review of our work".
Around this date Eva posts a reel captioned "Timochko Mikhail and Amaliia" and "Soon I will show what kind of people you are" - over 1.1 million views. Then a series of reels: "They simply cheated us".
In stories and comments Eva writes: "When you offered to settle in money, I told you $15,000", "Misha, then hire a lawyer so you don't lose to me in court", "Mikhail and Amaliia, you know where I live". She publishes a video recording of her call with Amaliia from 28.09 (26 minutes) and someone else's private message whose author had asked her "not to post it".
Mikhail replies with his own reel: "there was one agreement: @mamasitaeva helps us with the birth and the documents in exchange for a review from my wife", "nobody discussed advertising on my blog, and when I declined, we were billed $15,000", "we offered $3,000 based on her own price list; the answer was no", "Eva will keep my $8,000 house deposit, and my birth certificate has been 'lost'".
Kamal on Threads about Mikhail: "a professional info-hustler for impressionable minds", "our debtor"; on Instagram: "I will refute every word of this liar".

Bloggers David Niamedzi and Evgeniia Soloveva, 2026: a week at the airport
Bloggers David Niamedzi (Instagram black4riday, Belarusian citizen) and Evgeniia Soloveva (Instagram kijeny.n, Telegram channel kijenyjen, Russian citizen); their son was born in Florianópolis on 23.04.2026 and is Brazilian by birth. They applied for residence through family reunion in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro state. The address the family gave the court as their home in Niterói is the same building in Camboinhas that a client who came to the police with Kamal Salbitti declared in November 2025 (see the story "Mother with two children"). Yet all this time the family lived in Florianópolis, not Niterói: their son was born there in April 2026, and, according to Eva herself, "new tickets to Florianópolis" were booked for them right after they left the airport, although the court had ordered them to live at the Niterói address.
Residence applications filed; on 15.06 filed again with a different address.
The Federal Police in Niterói refuses: the addresses filed on 11.06 and 15.06 differ, and checks found short-term rental properties (Article 67(II) of Decree 9.199/2017). The court later noted that the notification fields on the refusal forms (serving officer, "I acknowledge") were left blank.
The family lands at Guarulhos and the police refuse entry: no permitted stay left. The parents and the five-month-old sleep on benches in the international area. On a habeas corpus petition the Guarulhos court bars their removal but keeps them in the airport control area.
The Rio de Janeiro duty judge denies urgent relief without hearing the police: the Brazilian child is not mentioned in the applications, and the family itself gave an email for notices. The judge adds that this does not mean the refusals were correct.
The Federal Regional Court of Appeals, 2nd Region, also denies urgent relief: the duty judge's decision is found reasonable.
The 7th Federal Court of Niterói partly grants the writ: refusals suspended, processing restored within 48 hours, the family may answer the check results, and must be released from the airport at once. On 15.10 the duty judge orders the decision sent to the airport police immediately.
The Guarulhos court allows provisional entry on conditions: live at the stated address in Niterói and report any change, report to the Federal Police as scheduled, and hand over their passports, which the police keep until further notice. Removal is barred. The court stresses that this is not a ruling on the residence applications.
In the comments on Evgeniia's channel, Eva and Kamal present the case as their own. Eva: "We won Zhenya and David's case in 4 days and booked new tickets to Florianópolis. Now we will get the hotel money back and also claim moral damages." Kamal: "That is exactly what we asked the court for. And as you can see, successfully".

Family with an "all-inclusive" birth package, 2026: no permanent residence after 40 days
A client's review in the brfloripa chat of an "all-inclusive" birth package: support during birth, permanent residence in 40 days, a driving licence in 180 days. She travelled to Angra dos Reis together with the client from the previous story.
Review in brief
- The airport transfer in the contract was not provided; the doula arrived after the baby was born.
- Residence in 40 days: the family arrived on 14.03.2026 and handed over documents on 23.04.2026. By October there is still no residence, only filing receipts from a small town near Rio.
- Residence was promised for 30.06, then 15.07; then the trip to Rio was postponed: July, 02.08, 06.08, 12.08.
- At the Federal Police office in Angra dos Reis the family was turned away; only the documents of the previous client's wife were taken.
- The 180-day driving licence is overdue. "All-inclusive, no extra costs" - yet the family paid for the trip to Rio themselves.

Couple in Lages, 2026: Kamal's house, pressure and an arrest
A client couple files at the Federal Police office in Lages using the address of a house Kamal rented. All their cases are handled by lawyer Raimar Abegg.
Kamal rents a house in Lages; from 01.02.2026 the client lives there. Later both jointly sue the owner (Santa Catarina State Court, case No. 5005573-60.2026.8.24.0039, interlocutory appeal No. 5042405-15.2026.8.24.0000).
First writ against the police in Lages (No. 5005028-32.2026.4.04.7200), then writs No. 5001561-27.2026.4.04.7206 and No. 5008829-53.2026.4.04.7200, interlocutory appeals at the Federal Regional Court of Appeals, 4th Region (No. 5010720-78, No. 5013123-20).
The client comes to the police in Lages with her husband and Eva Bekhtold. According to the police, the husband asked to be seen "through the paperwork agent Kamal Salbitti (Eva Bekhtold's husband), including an attempt at coercion, using another writ he had filed as a 'bargaining chip'". Her case is suspended "because of the intermediary's record".
The client and Eva Bekhtold, whom the police call a "paperwork agent", are arrested at the police in Lages: use of a forged document, a proof of address in Lages (police investigation No. 5006580-32.2026.4.04.7200). Two habeas corpus petitions for the client denied.
The decision in writ No. 5001412-31.2026.4.04.7206 reproduces this police statement about Kamal and Eva.
One judgment dismisses all three of the couple's writs on the merits.
